{"id":11257,"date":"2022-04-11T14:18:48","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T18:18:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.petropar.gov.py\/?p=11257"},"modified":"2023-04-21T13:09:23","modified_gmt":"2023-04-21T17:09:23","slug":"laboratorio-de-biotecnologia-a-punto-para-iniciar-proyecto-de-vitroplantas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.petropar.gov.py\/?p=11257","title":{"rendered":"Laboratorio de Biotecnolog\u00eda a punto de iniciar proyecto de vitroplantas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuestro laboratorio de Biotecnolog\u00eda de la Planta de Mauricio Jos\u00e9 Troche est\u00e1 a punto para iniciar el proyecto de Vitroplantas, que consiste en la multiplicaci\u00f3n in vitro de ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar con mejoramiento gen\u00e9tico para obtener semillas sanas con pureza varietal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La finalidad de este proyecto es disponer de una semilla de ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar con elevada pureza, alta calidad y resistencia que permita la renovaci\u00f3n de los ca\u00f1averales. El objetivo espec\u00edfico es la producci\u00f3n de semilla de ca\u00f1a en forma masiva, mejorando las caracter\u00edsticas fenot\u00edpicas de cada variedad. Este proceso favorece la r\u00e1pida difusi\u00f3n de las nuevas variedades de ca\u00f1a de az\u00facar para satisfacer las necesidades industriales de nuestra Planta Alcoholera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mediante el laboratorio de Biotecnolog\u00eda se podr\u00e1 disponer de semillas de ca\u00f1a dulce para productores de los distritos de Guair\u00e1, Caaguaz\u00fa y Caazap\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Trabajos previos para la puesta a punto del laboratorio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00e9cnicos de la planta de Troche procedieron a la desinfecci\u00f3n de la campana de flujo laminar con alcohol 70% para posteriormente iniciar los trabajos que consiste en el corte de meristemas apical para las muestras, todas las labores se realizan bajo la campana para evitar contaminaci\u00f3n de microorganismos. Cada campana contiene l\u00e1mparas UV para esterilizaci\u00f3n por completo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Petropar trabajamos pensando en la gente y el desarrollo del pa\u00eds
